The Minas Gerais Taxation Superintendence (Sutri) announced that ICMS on interstate transactions and services destined for non-taxpayer end consumers (ICMS-Difal) will be required from April 5, 2022, for the reasons set out in the act in question.
It is worth remembering that on 12/31/2021, Decree No. 48,343/2021 amended the provisions of RICMS-MG/2002, with effect from 03/31/2022, which signaled that the collection of Difal for non-taxpayers would return on that date (03/31/2022), however the communication in support expressly informs the resumption of the collection as of 04/05/2022.
